The Light in the Beginning

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made. In him was life and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. – John 1.1

Translation:

In the beginning is Creative Power and Creative Power is with Spirit, and Creative Power is Spirit. The same is in the beginning with Spirit. All things are made by It and without It nothing is made that is made. In It is vitality (Esprit), and vitality is the (self-)consciousness of humans. And consciousness produces physical matter and physical matter comprehends it not.
